These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GlideLingo website and applications. By using GlideLingo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, activity under your account, and protecting access to your devices and sign-in methods. Email [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
License to use GlideLingo
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GlideLingo for language learning, subject to these Terms. GlideLingo and its content, design, software, and trademarks remain owned by us or our licensors.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or submit harmful or deceptive content;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the security of GlideLingo;
- reverse engineer or redistribute the service except where applicable law allows it;
- use automated means to extract content or create competing datasets or services; or
- share, resell, or misuse paid access or another person’s account.
Subscriptions and billing
GlideLingo may offer free and paid features. The current Pro plan price and billing interval are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through the billing-management link provided in GlideLingo; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Payments are processed through RevenueCat and its payment provider, Stripe. Taxes, refunds, trials, and payment disputes are handled as disclosed at checkout and as required by applicable law.
Learning and AI features
GlideLingo is an educational aid, not a guaranteed path to fluency or a substitute for professional translation, legal, medical, immigration, or other expert advice. AI-generated responses and feedback can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information independently and do not rely on GlideLingo in safety-critical situations.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you choose to use. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Our handling of personal information is described in thePrivacy Policy.
Third-party services
GlideLingo relies on third-party identity, hosting, payment, and AI services. Their terms may also apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep GlideLingo available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlideLingo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes and contact
